Last year I had to buy a huge suitcase in Xi’an to get all the stuff home that I bought while in China. I have been to a zillion shopping malls (the cheap and the expensive ones) because of the ‘After hour shopping mall’ series I’m doing and in 5 weeks couldn’t find anything worth buying!
The problem is the fake looks too good these days. And then what’s the point of buying fake? To me it’s only desirable when it looks like the shoe I bought last year.
But I knew there’s always one last place to check for the goodies… the supermarkets. I found these green ones today, they’re perfectly hideous! But I totally get away with it.
