Metro Manila. I haven’t been to that many places but I always think of Manila as the most condensed place I’ve ever been. So this time I’m surprised to find some lots which are still empty. Not for long though. On a regular trip to the mall I return home with a zillion flyers of new condo’s that are going to be build. People seem to think I’m a walking wallet just because I’m a foreigner and try to sell me all sorts of luxurious real-estate. In China it was a little bit the same, on one of those occasions I met my real-estate friends.
