Halo halo is Tagalog for mix mix and it’s the name of an ice scream which features a zillion ingredients. Some go together well and some seem not to be at home in an ice scream such as the cheese topping. But believe me it’s good! I’ve seen some weird houses and buildings the last three weeks, Manila is all about urban eclecticism, but this one made me think of Halo Halo. What a strange mixture of styles. It almost looks like the building on the right has been cut, it reminds me of a very bad Photoshop attempt. All together it’s like Halo Halo, weird but you’ll get to appreciate it.
