The Tongren hospital consists of two buildings on either side of the Chongwenmen road. All day long nurses, doctors and patients (sometimes amid their examination) cross the public pedestrian bridge to get from one building to the other. The hospital is famous for eye surgery so from all over the country people come to the Tongren hospital.
