The Us cemetery in The Fort, Global City. The new building overlooking the cemetery intrigued me. In this state without any windows and paint it looks quit scary,  a concrete skeleton. I took some overviews from two different sides, if you look closely you can see the same building on them.

A text from architect Alex Evangelista about the Global City:

The Global City at the former military base of Fort Bonifacio is in position to become the next major commercial and business district in Metro Manila. Developed by Ayala Land, Inc., one of the oldest and most successful developers in the country, this sprawling land covering sections of two cities (Makati and Taguig) has been advertised as the first and only “intelligent and high tech” city in the metropolis.
Its prime location, the reputation of Ayala Land, Inc., and the “promise” of becoming the premier development in Metro Manila, have initiated the rapid growth at the Fort, as evident in the continuous construction of multi-storey buildings. The Fort however, only caters to the affluent minority. It is expected to be a world-class city, the business capital of the Philippines, an exciting tourist destination, and enclave for the rich and powerful… but all this “progress” comes at the expense of the majority of Manila’s urban dwellers, the poor who live in the immediate vicinity, but outside the boundaries of the oasis of the wealthy.
